Building a Business Legacy
3 Diamond Construction (3DC) is a husband and wife team with a dream of being self-employed to build a business legacy for their children. “We want to make an impact, teach our children the value of education and inspire them to create a better future for themselves and others — Ofelia Lara.”
3DC is a recent graduate of the Port of Portland Mentor Protégé and a participant in the City of Portland’s Prime Contractor Development Program. These programs allow them to learn more about the industry and how to operate a commercial construction business successfully. They are proud of the residential and commercial construction work they’ve completed and invite you to view those results on their projects page.
The satisfaction of sharing newfound knowledge with other companies starting their entrepreneurial journey is gratifying for the owners of 3DC. They enjoy applying their expertise to help other Latino-owned businesses build and fulfill their dreams too.
